G-Money Financial Services is a company incorporated under the Laws of Ghana, with a registered office of GA-183-2490 Thorpe Road but currently operating from 2nd Floor of GCB Towers at Kwame Nkrumah Avenue, Circle. GMFS provides a myriad of digital financial services, including payments, money transfers, savings, remittances, and lending (with partner institutions where applicable). Subscription to and use of the aforementioned services may be governed by additional agreements and terms, which shall take precedence in the event of a conflict with the Terms herein.

By accessing this website (www.gmfs.africa), you agree to accept these general Terms of Use as well as other related terms, policies, and statements. Taken together, the Terms govern your access to and use of this site and any other publicly available online G-Money resource. Where you have a strict disagreement with or objection to any aspect of these Terms, you may discontinue and advise us of your concerns via the appropriate channels. GMFS reserves the exclusive right to amend, modify and remove content on this website without prior notice to you.

While our website is publicly accessible and intended to provide information about G-Money, its products and services, and other relevant and supporting material – and is thus available to the general public – it is expected that our content will be more useful to those above the age of 15 years who have the legal capability to utilize our services (as per Bank of Ghana regulations and directives.
